Hospitality Service Specialist


- Hospitality Service Specialist is the point of reference for information and requests from our Guests
- Knows deeply all the onboard services in order to provide accurate and timely information to Guests, including issues related to luggage, items, lost & found, managing complaints and solving problems in a fast, courteous and effective way
- Provides wake-up calls, public announcements, handles external calls, Internet
- Assists with embarkation and disembarkation procedures in order to facilitate the operation

- Secondary School (in tourism or language is a plus)
- At least 6 months experience in Hotels in similar positions (receptionist, customer service)
- Good knowledge of English (at least B2) and at least two other european languages (B1) in addition to his or her mother tongue
- Previous experience in the hospitality field
