Internship at Sales Back Office Department

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Giving support to the operational group's management
- Managing operating activities using reservation systems, mail box and Microsoft Office package
- Daily monitoring and updating reports and files
- Answering phone calls and replying to e-mails generated by travel agencies and internal departments

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- High School graduation or higher
- Good knowledge of Excel and English
- Ability to work in team
- Organization and problem solving skills
